    Dear friends of the Jet Alpine Fighter, The Russell's Raiders B-25 was very present on Air shows in Europe during these last weeks. First in Bex in Switzerland, with two demonstration flights where the public saw the B-25 emerging at the top of the mountains before diving at full speed as a low level bomber. Then Hahnweide in Germany, where B-25 had to face difficult runway conditions with soft ground which made takeoffs and landings very delicate. And to finish in Evora in Portugal where B-25 went with a stop on the way at Bilbao then a flight over splendid areas in the north of Spain and Portugal. The public expressed a great interest for this mythical plane that had never yet gone to Portugal. The photographs of the air shows of Hahnweide and Evora are available under the Pictures heading. |
